Certificate Management
Certificate Management: We provide free certificate custody services for enterprises, allowing you to focus on your products without worries.
Based on our years of certification experience, most third-party certification agencies end their services after helping enterprises obtain certificates. The subsequent management of certificates is left to the enterprises themselves, many of which are unclear on how to use certificates for product promotion and how to manage them. Moreover, many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized export companies, do not even have dedicated personnel to manage certificates, which may lead you to face the following issues:
• If product labeling is not standardized, your products may be questioned by consumers, potentially affecting sales abroad. If the certification body discovers this, they may require you to stop shipping and rectify the issue immediately, severely impacting product delivery times.
• If the annual fee for the certificate is not paid on time, the certificate may be revoked. You will have to reapply for a new certificate, which is time-consuming and costly.
• If the factory audit fails, the products cannot be shipped, which will severely affect sales and delivery times, and may even lead to the revocation of the certificate.
• If sampling tests fail and you do not know how to rectify the situation or if repeated attempts still fail, the certificate remains at risk of being revoked.
• If the certificate expires and is not updated in time, the certificate will be revoked, and your products will not be able to be sold.
• Frequent personnel changes in the enterprise lead to the loss of certificates and application materials.

• For potential clients: Many enterprises believe that certificate updates can only be completed by the agency that issued the certificate. However, this is not the case; you can switch to any company to assist you. It does not matter if your certificate was not issued by Shangdu; as long as you find Shangdu, you can leave everything to us.
• If you are willing to sign a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with us, we will only charge an annual service fee for all your certification projects, regardless of the number of projects, offering significant discounts. This is also not available in the current certification agency industry.
