Product Certification
Summary:
1. The customer submits the certification application to Shangdu Certification Consulting Company. The customer shall submit the application for product certification or commissioned testing to our company in written form, and provide the product model, performance parameters and other supplementary information. 2.FM authentication protocol FM Certification appoints a project examiner who will: 1) review the information submitted by the client; 2) Specify the project identification code; 3) Prepare the certification plan, including cost budget, required tests and required product samples; 4) Send the plan and agreement to the client. 3. Customer authorization Prior to the certification test, the customer must sign an agreement authorizing the test plan and submit the test sample, relevant documents and advance payment to the certification body. 4.FM certification review Check product samples and drawings. If all the information and samples required in the certification program have been submitted, FM Certification will begin to develop a schedule for the testing program. 5. Testing procedures FM certification tests products. The customer is informed of any problems found during the testing process. If necessary, testing will be suspended until the problem is resolved. 6. Product identification The product identification is submitted by the customer on the basis of the sample passing the inspection test. 7. Inspect the manufacturer and production process After satisfactory results of product certification testing, FM inspectors will visit the product manufacturer to check its product quality control system, quality testing procedures and quality assurance manual, and agree on the scope of inspection for future quarterly or annual unannounced review. 8. Project auditors draft certification reports The project examiner draws up the certification report, identifies the list of key documents and sends all attached materials to FM for certification along with the final inspection report. 9. Certification report approval process The certification report of the product is reviewed internally at FM Certification to confirm the technical correctness, the quality of the report and the integrity of the inspection record. If everything is satisfactory, the report will be officially printed. According to the customer's request, the test sample will be returned to the customer or processed by FM certification itself. 10. Final report FM certification sends the final report to the client. According to the date indicated on the report, the product is certified or commissioned to test effective on the same day. The customer is authorized to mark the FM APPROVED mark or the FM approved test mark on the product. 11. Certification manual or commissioned testing certificate Products or services that have passed certification or commissioned testing will be listed in the Certification Manual, a publication of FM certification. 12. Conduct periodic reviews FM certification will conduct regular reviews of product manufacturers to ensure that the quality of products is maintained at an acceptable level for FM certification or FM certification commissioned inspection. The frequency of factory reviews depends on the scope of authority authorized to inspect installed products.
