The ICC-ES(ESR) report is a document that presents the results, conclusions, and recommendations from a specific evaluation. The ICC-ES report verifies that new and innovative building products comply with code requirements. The ICC-ES report provides information on the applicable specifications or acceptance criteria used to evaluate the product, how the product should be identified, installed, and so on.

• In contrast to the ICC-ES Evaluation Report (ESR), the ICC-ES indicates that the certification covers a specific product, and in addition to meeting the current standards, the certification program also lists specific aspects of the product's satisfaction in the standard and related specification sections.
Note: The ICC-ES listed certification is not equivalent to the ICC-ES Evaluation Report (ESR), which is an assessment of all aspects of whether a product meets the specification criteria, including installation and impact. The listed certification can be a component or sub-component that has received an ESR evaluation report.
