【CRRC Introduction 】 The Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) is a non-profit educational organization that implements and communicates an accurate radiative energy efficiency rating system for roofing, supports research, and serves as a provider of educational resources for information about roofing. At the heart of CRRC is the Product Rating Program, a fee-for-service program in which roofing manufacturers can label various roofing products using radiative performance values assessed by a program rigorously administered by CRRC. The United States Energy Star has stopped accepting applications for certification of new roofing products on May 28, 2019, and all Energy STAR certifications for roofing will be terminated on June 1, 2022. CRRC's rating standards for roofing products are similar to those of energy star. CRRC itself is not a certification, CRRC provides product ratings and listing.

【CRRC Application Process 】
a. First, provide basic product information to Ningbo Shangdu Certification Consulting Co., LTD.;
b. The customer submits the application materials and technical materials, Shangdu gives the preliminary quotation contract for certification, the two sides sign the contract, and the project is officially launched;
c. Submit formal application and relevant supplementary information, provide sample requirements and test focus;
d. Small-scale testing;
e. Long-term weather resistance test;
f. Complete the CRRC classification certificate and list.
